Shadilon Co. was established in 1977, when it was the first company in the world to use the newly developed technique of friction disc texturizing by ARCT (ICBT).

Today we have complimented our original line with the latest model of RIETER ICBT to texture POY yarn in different ranges of filament and denier, including intermingling and dying.

Shadilon Textile Company established its yarn dyeing plant in 2002. The plant is able to dye polyester filament yarn (Thies machines from Germany) in all ranges of denier and filament in batches of 700 and 1400 kg. The dyed packages will be precise wound on the company’s newly commissioned SSM machines in packages of 29 and 22 cm. Added to its rewinding unit capability, Shadilon also has a covering machine, which produces intermingled yarn with lycra, again on variety of denier and filaments.
